header to cat

Default header to cat

Do I need to use the springs on the flangewhere my header meets my cat ? Thanks Guys

Yup... I'm pretty sure they help keep pressure on the flange to help stop exhaust leaks. If you look, they're on every flange in the exhaust system (barring the exhaust port/manifold flange)

yeah i did, i was thinking about it when i was puttin mine on and it looked like itd make it too short and i didnt want any leaks so i kept them on. Cant hurt to leave them IMO
