Default Header Installation, One Quick Questions

I just have one quick question about header installation. I was reading another post about installing a header, and somebody said to use a torque wrench to tighten everything down. Is this neccessary? And while we're on the subject, what is the advantage of a ceramic header vs. a stainless steel one?

yeah use a torque wrench since it will help you not overtighten the bolts to break the gasket, and for ceramic vs stainless... I honestly dont see alot of differences jsut that ceramic was made for a better heat control, but a little bit heavier from what i've been told.
