Random tech cats WILL allow your car to pass emissions........im just going to get a 50$ test pipe.....cuz i dnt need to pass emissions.

its hard to beat Magnaflow for the money, but Random Tech will outflow just about anything, including most test pipes.

A friend of mine has a random tech. high flow on his Integra, and loves it, but like everyone said, kinda pricey.
