do they have emissions testing in louisiana? if not then you'll be fine with just a regular pipe leading from the header to exhaust piping. but like sacs said, random tech. flows like a test pipe but it will let you pass emissions

so if i got 2.25" piping then the inlets and outlets would also have to be 2.25" right? Just makin sure so i dont screw anything up
My DC headers are 2.25" piping, but if you cut the DC Cat out right after the O2 sensor bung(where DC put a weld) and just get a 2.5->2.25 pipe, weld one end to the cat, the other to the flange you'll be good to go.

it flows like a test pipe but still allows u to pass emissions testing. You get what u pay for. A test pipe youll fail emissions, random tech cat ull pass.

Random Technologies allows you to pass pretty much every emissions test (unless you have an exhaust cam from hell) and it still flows like a test pipe.
