i wanted to know if getting a high flow cat. will cahnge the sound and performance on my car? good, better ,same? (93 civc HB 1.5L)

 

i will only help if you have a full exhaust system, or at the very least a cat-back, other then that it would be about as helpful as puttin the metal part of an SRI on your factory intake box and factory filter

 

It will make it a little louder

 

I think a high flow cat is worth the money. right when i got my car i got a cheap auto zone cone filter, and a highflow race cat. And it made a huge difference in performance, at least i think so. And i'm pretty sure since i've put my race cat in my exhaust keeps gettin a lil louder and louder. I think i'm blowin out my stock muffler, but w/e better flow. I bought a cheap one off of ebay, just have to make sure it has a hole for the o2 sensor. And i put my old one back on when i go to get my inspection sticker!
I say go for it buddy.

 

From what I have gathered, increase in HP is maybe a horse... keep adding to it and it will work better and better.

 

yea i do have a cat back and headers. i ordered it just waiting to recieve it and install it
