Default high flow cat and dc sports header

I was thinking about buying a random technology high flow cat converter and i came across this site:
http://www.carreview.com/cat/parts/e...5_2871crx.aspx

At the site there are many bad reviews from honda owners that say that a high flow cat rusts and the heat sheild breaks way after a few months of normal driving. This gave me doubts as to whether I should purchase one. So my question is to those who have a high flow converter or know something about them: Do the problems really exist and is it worth the 215 bucks to purchase one if i plan on using it for just everyday driving?

I was also thinking about getting a dc sports 4-2-1 header. I checked it on on the dc sports site and it says that it should only be used in a non-turbo automatic trans. So I'm wondering if it's at all possible to put turbo in my automatic without messing up my engine if I had the dc sports header installed.

you can use a 4-2-1 on a N/A manual transmission, it will give you gains and it won't hurt the engine any more than any intake would.

No, it will be a waste of money, you will only need to replace it with a turbo manifold.
