i have a 98 honda civic Lx...in which i am about to install some headers...i have the headers and the catalyic converter...is there anything else that i will need for installation

Inline Four=Header....V8=Headers. But thats ok. And besides some wrenches and gaskets...nope.

who cares..if u have alot of miles on ur car, might as well just buy a new o2. taking the o2 sensor off might be very difficult and u could possibly ruin it and u'll have to buy a new one anyways.

gasket, a jack/jack stands, and some wrenches.

You will get a CEL from the new cat and header (because of the added flow), and to correct that you need any o2 simulator.
