Default If I get a swap, what exhaust parts do I use?

I have a d16y8 and will most likely do a swap to a b16a2 later this year. I am wanting to upgrade all the exhaust components so my question is, do I buy the parts based on my model civic or that engine? I'm still new to this stuff and didn't know if the parts matched the chassis layout, depending on what I get.

I want to upgrade the header, exhaust system, high flow cat, and intake. Do I look for parts for 00 ex or parts for b16a2?

Header for the B16, the rest of the exhaust for your car.
