It's simple to install.
1. Remove your stock air filter tubes
2. Take off the cover from the air filter system itself (it should be in two parts)
3. Pull hard enough and "pop" off the filter box itself from the intake valve
4. Once you have everything from the stock air filter removed, you are free to install your cold air
5. Mine used 2 rubber connections to seal the aluminum cold air pipe to the car and to seal them to one another
6. Take your first (more curved piece) and connect it to the rubber and then to the intake port. Seal it with the clamps they should have given you.
7. Now you can screw in the other peice to the car and then seal it to the end of the first piece of aluminum piping.
8. Now you are ready for your filter at the bottom. Get under the car and pop off the little black clips holding the under bumper plastic together on the left side (if looking at the car from headlights)
9. Pull the plastic down, reach up and seal your filter to the piping that is already waiting for you.
10. And you're done

^ you forgot to say "disconnect the negative battery terminal"

lol he said short ram, not cold air

so basically, follow 95civic's instructions up until about step 4. It honestly basically is "remove the stock intake, put your new one on.". A SRI was the first thing I did to my civic (way back when I had zero mechanical knowledge)... it's definitely an easy install for beginners (and it helps you get a little more familiar with the engine bay). Goot luck on it
