i agree with ebay..youll find good stuff name brand or offbrand very cheap but incase you wanna try looking for a lokk on a lip style try going to andysautosport.com its a very easy way to find stuff just for a specific car and once youve found what u like look it up on ebay for cheaper prices

will this require much modification to get the filter to fit the piping?

not at all dude, I actually made my own cold air with some scrap pipe at my shop. all you need to do is buy a filter. it all mounts with rubber couplers and screw downclamps. you do however need to do something with the valve cover breather hose if your cold air doesnt have a hole for the tube. I just bought a breather filter and screwed it on to the valve cover where the hose connects. Its kind of hard to explain. Once you see how the stock intake is set up You;ll find out where to connect everything.

when you get a replacement filter just make sure that the filter outlet diameter matches the diameter of the pipe. (eg. my intake pipe is 2.5" so my filter needs to be a 2.5" outlet filter). but getting a cheap cold air with a AEM or K&N filter is the way to go. As far as the lip, I like the greddy or the type r style. you can get a cheap ABS plasticon ebay and there pretty decent, but the best way to go is to get a urethane

Nope... "Dry Flow" just means its a "dry filter"... you don't use any oil for it. Some filters need special oil to keep them from breaking apart and such... dry filters don't. Just get an intake from ebay, and when it comes go to your local Advance Auto Parts... AEM Dry Flows are about $40 there.
