I need help with my car, i have a 97 honda civic ex with header,intake, and a 2.25 cat-back with a decent muffler. But is sound pretty good but some reason its just 2 ****ing loud inside the car, its like a i can't think sometimes even with radio on. What can i do to fix that, some people say my cat back need a resanator but i don't know what to queit the sound in the inside the car, but it sounds good on the out side, its pretty low and deep. thanks

 

a resonator will DEFINITELY make your car sound better and make it sound quieter (don't worry - it'll still be deep and throaty in tone )

if a resonator is not an option you want to choose, go with dynomat or something similar. put it on the bottom of your car (underneath your carpet) and it'll greatly reduce ambient sounds from the outside, and also your exhaust

almost all exhaust are like that. at least the brand name ones...

 

Get a resonator, longer the better.

 

+1, and get a NAME BRAND. I think exhaust (or maybe audio) is the best example of "you get waht you pay for"
