should have gotten a cat[>:] no point in polluting more than you have to.
I really dont care, when my car gets 400+ on a 12 Gal tank of gas, and some cars get 8-12 MPG I really could care less about it, when those other cars stop running then i will run a cat.
<rant>

Wow. The polar ice caps and future generations thank you for your wholly ignorant point of view.

If everybody took your attitude, then nobody would do ever do anything. You shouldn't worry about what your neighbour's MPG is, just worry about what you can do. If you have children or plan to have children some day, do them a favour and think about throwing a cat on that bad boy.

$0.02

sorry i dont give a ****about it, if your so concerned, plant a ****ing tree.

tknaub, im with you man, im runnin an lx to ex conversion catless, and i COMPLETLY agree with what you said about people buyin huge trucks that put out 3 times as much pollution as our tiny little 1.7's. And honestly, if it was taht big of a deal, they would have emissions testin EVERYWHERE, so just cuz there is no emissions testing in some places doesnt mean that you have to comply as if it was.

Is there a reason for all the foul language? go ahead, I'll wait......

This isnt satellite radio. This is a respectable car forum. I understand everyones opinions and this is fine, but all the language is uncalled for on here.

James is right. You are all way too immature to behave like civilized humans on a car forum. It's the internet. Youre not proving anything by swaring and talkin smack on anyone. How bout all of you grow up and act your age. I for one, think that if you guys can't behave maturally on an internet forum, you sure as hell cant be responsible and mature enough to drive a car.

More important than the language, which everyone uses differently, the REAL question is Why are people SO angry? How can someone who you don't really know, never will meet and could honestly say, if you had any *****, that you could give a **** whether they were alive or FN dead, get you guys so riled up and angry? Let's enjoy the forum for what it was meant to be, as a vehicle to exchange ideas and thoughts. Some people exploit the anonymity of the media to get all "tough guy" when they know damn well that face-to-face these confrontations would never happen. Speak to people like they were standing right next to you instead of being a ***** and lobbing insults at each otherrisking nothing except a little flaming! It's no wonder that people skills SUCK these days when you hide behind a keyboard. It's different face to face. Try saying some of that **** to the wrong person and you will give a whole new meaning to "jacked"! Just my unabashed opinion and observation.

Seriously.. People have their own perspectives and fews, just because someone doesn't agree with your decision, doesn't mean you have to bash them. Its rude and disrespectful, and especially in NoahLX's thread.. Flaming someone in another persons thread is uncalled for, you could of at least ranted to each other in a PM or something.

But anyways.. Go with the EX conversion, thats what i'm doing in the spring. I have a 01 Civic LX, and i'm going Apexi WS2, AEM V2 Intake, and Megan Racing 4-2-1 Header, with Random Tech cat.

Going with an EX Conversion is probably your best bet.
