okay re-did it, i got:

after it went idle (CEL) it blinked once then twice (not sure if it was 1 or 2blinks), then it went fast 4times so it could either be

13 BARO - atmospheric pressure sensor
14 IAC (EACV) - idle air control valve
or
23 Knock sensor

you sure you had the paperclip all the way in? and not a rubber coated paperclip

it should come on just like normal when you turn the key ON. NOT ENGINE RUNNING....
if you start it up it will not read the code. then it will blink to the error code.

well try the code again. it should repeat the code over and over. so you can look closely
slow blinks are for 10s 10-90, and fast blinks are for singles 1-9.

Once my dad gets home i'll upload a vid, i cant get the right counts.

i got: 15 Ignition output signal
this time, man once you see the vid hopefully you got it,haha cuz i can't.

EDIT:So my dads phone can't send the video, ugh.
I'll repeat the blinks to the finest details, okay?

Video Begins and CEL blinks ONCE (Faster then 1/2 a second) as i put the car into ON position.
after about a 2second wait CEL blinks ONCE (1/2 second blink).
then CEL blinks and holds (for about 1 Second).
then CEL blinks 4 times (1/2 seconds & CEL stays OFF)

I continued to research and after i did that video, i wondered what about after the CEL turns back on, and it did and it kind of repeated the process, for about a minute..and counting so i stopped recording it, the pattern wasn't the same but it seemed continuous so i didn't want to keep watching it go forever.

so from what you said you have code 1 which is a primary o2 sensor(buy new one)
and code 14 which is iacv(can be cleaned)

did i really miss that?
youre explanation sorta confused me so i wasn;t sure if it was right
but the 02 sensor was $80 on my EG i dont know about yours but should be similar and the IACV is on your intake manifold but i dont know where on your EK it has 2 bolts and a sensor plugged into it and 2 coolant lines also
