Default Mid-pipe Replacement

We have a '99 Civic EX sedan in 5-speed. The replacement Honda OEM Mid-pipe from only four years ago has already rotted outat the flange where it meets the back of the cat.I hate how much salt they put on the roads in New Hampshire![:@]I got a Arvin Mid-pipe for $90, and sprayed it with black exhuast paint good for 1500 degrees. Igot the spring bolts off where theMid-pipe meats the reat muffler flange but snaping them off. But I can not get the bolts out of the reat three bolt flange on the cat where the front flange of the mi-pipe is still attached??

PB Blaster, i've heard the stuff is incredible at getting seized bolts unstuck. That, or use torches to cut the bolts, then get some OEM replacemtn ones.

I will try PB Blaster see if it helps, but the tsock bolts are just mild steel and rustedbad. I will use the stainless steel ones that will not do that.
