Default MPG Changes? I/H/E

I forgot to ask...and I havent seen anyone ask. Is there a change in the gas mileage when you get the tri-fecta? I know most people see a big drop because once they have the "toys" on the car they get rev happy which in turn burns gas. But I want to know in normal situations, do you see a change or do you get better due to the better air charge?

Yes, it will increase as long as you avoid WOT. But please, in the future search these kinds of questions, they've been answered to death

Stock w/ crappy ricer exhaust = 31MPG
SRI w/ricer exhaust = 35MPG
SRI w/Greddy exhaust = 38MPG
SRI, Greedy, DCSport header = 34MPG
AEM CAI, Greedy, DC header = 32MPG

I have always driven fast and hard...with AC on etc....
I think it is getting worse do to traffic and more stop/go driving. With the header I did a full tune up and MPG never got back up that good....weird I know. I'm tempted to put the stock back on and see if it changes for the better. Over all the I/H/E has increased the top end torque...50 and up happens much faster now.

Well, I drive 50 miles one way to work everyday, so I tend to keep good track of my mpg.. and I've seen a slight increase with just a SRI.. I was getting about 34-35 before SRI, put in an ebay SRI and got the same with the stupid filter it came with, put on a beat-up K&N got up to about 36-37, put on a brand new AEM DryFlow and now I'm getting 39-41... I am probably putting my magnaflow exhaust on this weekend, so I will keep track and post any other changes..

okay well after getting the header installed besides the rattle i get (whice i'll check out ina bit) I did notice that my low end from 3-5k rpm was a lot quicker and had a lot more power to it, but i'll see if mpg changed after i find out what the rattle is.
