Default need help with a stock Civic 98 DX

I need some suggestion on what kind of intake and exhaust is good for my stock 98 Civic DX. I am hoping the intake and exhaust wont be too much money.

There's a lot of "kinds" that are good for your car. It just depends on what you want out of it. Cost (money no object), noisy, quiet, shiny, gigantic tip, the list goes on.
