i would go with a k&n cai but aem is pretty good too. and yes a cold air intake is pretty easy to install and will add about 5hp to your car. also you can get turbokits for $500-$600 on ebay, but you will have to get rid of your a/c
Both AEM and Injen are good brands, and you'd be happy with either one.
And for the record, I wouldn't put a $600 turbo on my car. That's just plain playing with fire. Except the fire is nitroglycerin. And "playing" involves hitting it with a f**king hammer.

AEM is a good brand, I would go with that if I were you

and I would definitly suggest that.
SRIs are much easier to install than CAI's
With the CAI's you're going to have to remove your bumper to install it
and you'll have to remove it to replace to clean your filter.
Not sure where you live at, but hydrolocking is also a problem with any CAI
But you'd have to submerge it in water for that to happen.
However, it is something to think about.
and I would definitly suggest that.
