Default Question on Exhausts

What kind of exhaust would i get for a civic that has a GSR motor? would the exhaust be made to fit the civic chasis and everything or the gsr motor? essentially, do i get the exhaust for the gsr motor, or the civic model

Doesn't matter what motor you have, if you do a FULL Cat-Back Exhaust, you have to buy the Exhaust that's made to FIT the CAR, not the Motor. Motor doesn't have anything to do with how the Exhaust will fit under the car. You could have a 95 Civic Coupe with a B16A, or B18C, or B18B, or whatever, the Exhaust that you buy will still be for the car, not the motor. Get it??

Exactly, get an exhaust to fit the car. Just make sure that the piping diameter is large enough to accommodate the additional air the B18C1 moves.

Or you can always go have a custom system fabbed. Guaranteed to fit.
