first off, i know this is a civic forum but my question really has to do w/ any exhaust since i had the same problem w/ my civ. i was trying to change my friend's rsx exhaust to a tanabe catback when a lil problem occurs. where the cat converter meets the rest of the pipe the bolts are rusted to the point where there kind of eroded. what can be done to remove the bolts w/o ruining the cat

 

dremel! buy new bolts and cut em off!
