Default Skunk2 or Edelbrock

I have a JDM D15B
The Skunk2 says fits D15B7, will it fit my engine? I run about 9psi on stock internals, could i expect 15 hp from an intake manifold +throttle body?
Also can I run a larger throttle body or does it have to be 62mm? Here's the description:
"Skunk2 Pro-Series Intake Manifolds greatly increase airflow to your engine. The Pro-Series Intake Manifolds feature a larger intake plenum and wider, longer intake runners than stock. This provides a significant mid-range and high-end power boost for stock engines and is a necessity for any heavily modified engine with high compression and aggressive camshafts. The Pro-Series Intake Manifold is a single stage design and is a direct replacement for the stock manifold. The stock throttlebody can be reused as well as all stock sensors, hoses, and auxiliaries. Throttlebody inlet diameter is 62mm. The Skunk2 Pro-Series Intake Manifold is CARB exempt."

What do you think? Also I couldn't find a edelbrock manifold on ebay for d15b, where could i get one and are they better manifolds compared to Skunk2?

Yes it will fit but Edlebrock has alot better research and developement capabilities, has been around tons longer, and are known for their quality.

Does Edelbrock make one for the d15b? I could only find an edelbrock manifold for the b series engines? Can I upgrade to a bigger throttle body with that manifold?
