i've got an o3 civic with the 1.7 vtec. what is the best recommended air intake? and what is the best recommended full exhaust system? and is it a noticeable hp increase?

 

Everyone's going to have different opinions on brands, but AEM is typically a very popular brand for the intake. I've got a Magnaflow catback on my 01 (same engine) and I like it a lot for the price (350 shipped on ebay, vendor: exhuastman).

hey bakertime do you have a sound clip of what your exhuast sounds like cuz I have that same engine too and i want to hear exhuast before i get it but i can't decide if going to my local custom exhuast shop wold be just as good...cuz i know it will be cheaper
