RE: Tell me how to install headers!!!
sweeeeeet....the o2 sensor for me was the biggest pain i've ever had for an install....ended up having to pay to get it off the stock header and then to find out the the threads were worn out and the sensor was probably busted and had to buy a new one and have it installed by somebody.....[:@]

ORIGINAL: Pete
Take the stock exhaust manifold off, remove the 02 sensor. Put the 02 sensor in the new exhaust manifold, bolt it back on but use a torque wrench. Tighten it to honda specs. Use the old gasket, dont get a new one.

ya I was thinking the same thing, why would you ever re-use a gasket, unless it was almost brand new.

i was considering the megan header for my 96....were you pleased with sound and performance? did all of the parts fit up correctly?

RE: Tell me how to install headers!!!
the sound was great...and the performance from what i can feel is just as good. and yea the parts fitted correctly....the only thing is that the lower o2 sensor doesn't reach, i had to have someone extend it. and i still need to get a cat. converter.
