Throttle body???

Can you expect a decent performance increase by getting a wider throttle body?
If so how much??

Same question with a new intake manifold...

No you'll only notice worse gas mileage, Unless you're upgrading your cams and port / polishing / build the motor.

I put a B18b1 tb on my d16 vtec and noticed no diff at all. But at the track my car ran about .2 -.5 seconds slower ETs. Dont know if the tb is related. They are only good if you have cams or head work.
