is the AEM V2 really worth it over a regular CAI from AEM; is there that much more power for the money? I was gonna put the CAI in the bumper, but does the v2 install the same way? i have a '04 lx 2 door. thanks

 

yeah, same guy who made the original post. also: i live in alabama, get snow like every 1.2 million years and rarely go thru much puddles and such, so is it safe for me to get a CAI?

 

well lets see. where to start. first off...the original AEM CAI goes into the wheel well, not the bumper. the V2 goes into the bumper. in alabama...its definately worth getting a CAI. and IMHO the V2 is worth the extra 45 bucks
