me personally i never really liked the 4-1 header(MY OPINION).i think that the 4-2-1 headers are much better . also about the Cat i have no idea sicne right now on my car i have straight pipes. on my 96 dx the cat was on the headers and when i installed my DC header the headers bolted right up to the exhaust pipe. alsou might get5-7 more hp from install headers

ya the only reason i am going for 4-1 is cuz i heard 4-2-1 is just like the stock one and u wont get as much hp gains... and ya its weird that those headers fit every year and model around mine, but for my year and dx you must have an aftermarket cat which is getting me a little confused..

ok, you're running a d16y7 nonvtec bastard motor, either way, you will not see hardly any performance gain difference between the two (421/41). since you currently have a dx exhaust system, you will need: a d16 exhaust with two o2 bungs, extend the secondary o2 sensor wires, buy an aftermarket catalytic converter (or ex cat), and have a shop modify your center exhaust section to fit it with the new cat location. all together, it will cost you about 3-400 dollars for everything, that is with semi-quality parts, which will amount to a few horsepower gain (which is not cost effective imo)

ya i think im just gonna turbo the bitch... lol
guy at the shop says he can do it for a grand but it will be a small turbo.... but all i need is a small turbo for my stock motor right??? running 6 psi will get me about how much hp u think?? maybe 60? and that in turn would be cost effective correct, then later on ill do a mini me swap and should be running a good 200 hp hopefully
