Sup All, As you can see I'm new

I'm having problems getting the stock grill of my civic to replace it with this kind of grill

Anyone can help take it off ? If some one could give me simple instructions, I would really appreciate it.

Here ya go. It's from the DIY section of the forums. I know this is for a 6th gen, but I imagine it's relativley the same.
