99 Honda LX 4dr Paint question

Hey, I Was wondering on a 99 honda civic lx 4dr there is a black plastic thing that goes accross the bottoms of the doors is that piece able to be painted or no?

Yeah you can paint it. Its the stock side skirts. You just need to sand them really good and they can be primed and painted.
