hi, i got a question about removing the cd player in a 02 civic.
last time i removed my cd player from my civic the aftermarket deck would turn on then off evertime i pressed a button, i decided to install the old stock one back in, after i did that, my old stock one would not turn on at all and my keyless entry stopped working. i took it into honda and they fixed it, said i blew the backup fuse. my question is, is my keyless somehow attached to my stock cd player (which has an anti theft system in it) so if it try this again will my keyless entry stop working again? also does anybody know why when i put in my aftermarket deck did it only work when i pressed buttons?

No they stopped that in 98 i believe
