The other day I was driving home from work and I saw a honda with the honda badge as the 3rd brake light. Has anyone else seen this before, and if so, where can I find one?

 

I'm sure you can find them on E-bay or something.


...One thing I've always wondered tho.. In the pic attached below, I have circled the "third brake light." My spoiler has an LED strip on it, and THAT is MY third brake light. So why the hell is that lump even there?? Just for the cars with no spoilers? Cause when I hit my brakes, that light does nothing...thank god.

+1. And probably to keep all the parts standard between different models. Prolly costs more money to make that back panel w/o the shape for the 3rd light inside...And I would like to have that option, if I didn't want a spoiler, to have still have a 3rd light.

 

ya i dont have a spolier and that 3rd brake light goes on..and i guess its what he sead^^,its cheaper to make them all the same then make adjusments after...buy the way the honda badge brake like is a like up honda symbol that you can probably buy at your local aftermaket shop..its a good idea to use it as a brake like, they advertise it just to put on your car and light up

 

i have a spoiler..and a 3rd brake light.. they both work... but.. my side tail lights arent very bright..soo im glad i have the 3rd and 4th brake light to aware ppl ... my friend was driving behind me and he said the leds on the spoiler blind you... im in the process of putting a honda emblem on the flat side of my 3rd brake light..but its just gonna reflect..not light up...yet i have to led it soon!
