Default 8th gen instument panel

Hey just a quick question can you change the color of the instrument panel? for example All the models besides SI are blue can you change that? I somehow doubt it but I thought I would ask.

Im not sure if the light has the color or not. But yah the blue light that you see on 8th gen civics, with the two-tier instrument panel. The si's instrumental panel is red or an orangey red color and the lx-ex are Blue.
