Default 97 to 2000 interior

Hey everyone,

I need a few questions. First and most important is this.

I have a 1997 civic im not shure of the model, and then i bought a wrecked 2001 civic si for the motor.

My question is could i used all the interior like dash board ac cluster seats sun roof roof interior doors doorpanels and stuff?

any help would be apreciated.

thanks in advance

I dont think you'd be able to use stuff from the 2001. It's a completely different generation. If it was a 2000 then you could.

it's a 2000 si honda civic then if it has a b16a2 stock, the interior should all be interchangable

yeah the motor will swap into a 97, there are many parts you'll need to transplant that motor into a 97, just do some research beforehand, then depending on if the 97 has vtec or not, you'll have additional wiring.

i was looking into a b16a2 swap for my 99 civic, and its quite a job. You need alot of reaserch for it, you need to swap axles, motor mounts, shift linkage, ECU, and various other parts. It's a big job, but well worth it if you're up to it DOHC VTEC man, cant beat that

but thats definately a 2000, and you lucked out becasue the 2000 SI has IMO the best looking interior/dash parts of the generation. Good luck with it

dont mean to hijack the thread, but what about a 2000 si cluster going into a 95 civic coupe? i love the gauges from the 6th gen SI's and would definately be an improvement over my crappy DX cluster. thanks!

center console won't work without tearing out the ENTIRE dash, look here for what you will be getting yourself into: http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=605432
