99 Hatch Seats HELP!

Need new seats in my hatch, found a set of 1999 Si Seats and am wondering if the rear seat will fit into the Hatchback. Does anyone now, or tried it? Thanks!

hatch and coupe seats will not interchange I cant remember the reason but I think its becasue the latch mecanism(sp?) is not the same.

Latch mechanisms are different. Seats are shaped differently too. No way to make them fit.

front seats will fit. just not the rear.

Isnt there a way to mod it a bit and make them work? Seems like I read something on HT about it.
