Default After Market Pedals

Well, I thought it was going to be an easy mod, but it wasnt. If you buy a pedal set of ebay like I did prepare to do some work. The came with these stupid metal clips on the back and broke with in 5 mins of me trying to get them to go on the pedal. So I said f that and went to a local auto shop to ask them for their opinion. They said just drill some holes in the pedal and screw them in. I was buying these in the first place thinking that there would be holes there already, anyways I was just warning anyone on here who planned on getting some like these you gunna a have more work than you though. The one good thing though is they are really secure and wont fall off. Just a heads up. Or post telling me how I did this wrong...lol

Ebay was your mistake. You get what you pay for.

It's not always true...E-bay sells quality stuff and cheap garbage ALSO. It all depends how much you want to spend and what quality you are looking for. I always get quality stuff so down the road I don't [sm=smiley19.gif]and tell myself "Why didn't you pay the extra money".

But yeah maybe you purchase something cheap>>>croninc

It's not EBAY that sells the parts, it's the sellers/seller stores.
Always check the feedback from the seller. If it is below 98% then I say stay away from them.

If your listing didn't say anything about doing prep work or doing modifications to make the pedals fit, then be sure to not leave positive feedback on their page. Otherwise you are not helping the situation.

ill try to post pics later, but I got them for 14 bucks and they look decent. It's not a big deal and i kinda knew it would be a hassel cause i was buying from ebay but if someone like me was planning it to take them like 15mins there wrong. The things on the back of the pedals where made out of cheap metal and broke within minutes. Here is the pic from the store
