ok so i know that this was talked about a couple of months ago but im looking at getting some projectors and some hids for my 98 coupe and i was wanting to know what sites you guys looked at and all that stuff.....i wanted good quality ones that i know wont crap out on me after awhile so im not sure i cant trust the ones on ebay or not.And I am looking for the black housing ones. The reason for all this is cause i have the blu/gold ion lense ones and the blue still shows but at night the yellow WAY overpowers the blue and makes my headlights look nasty yellow.

 

i would say get the most expensive ones.bcuz you will get better made ones and maybe the seal wont break and have damn condensation in it like i do..but they look really good at night..and i bought mine at a local car shop in my town..

 

well im not sure i feel like buying the ones i see that are like $255 at some places...lol... dont the projectors kinda take some of your wide angle visibilty away??? we only have one place here to buy import aftermarket stuff anymore but nobody trusts him anymore so i dont go there.

 

mine were 250 and yes they shoot down at the ground plus take the wide angle..but you have to look at the pros..they look good and clean..mine also fit perfect in my bumper

 

Get TYC brand projectors and 4900K - 6000K HIDs. Any other projectors you'll find are cheap and KILL your visability. Anything higher than 6000K will greatly reduce the light output of the HIDs. I think the legal limit in most places is 4900K anyways.
