Anyone know where to get 2004 2 Door Civic Headlight Covers

Does anyone know where I can get a set of headlight covers for a 2004 2 Door Civic?
I am looking for either plastic or fiberglass ones with the holes cut out for only the lights and signals to show. Below is an example of the ones I am looking for, but for a 2004. Please let me know! Thanks!
