i just bought a 2005 civic coupe
any kits? recommend plz kk

 

since the 2005 is brand new there arent gunna b many body kits out for it, and the ones that are out arent gunna look that great since theyve only had enough time to develop it as the new civics been out...wait a while before u do the body and work under the hood, b/c the bodys just gunna b a bitch for now

 

agree'd, but the buddyclub2 is the only body kit id ever consider putting on my car. (no chance in hell im putting a body kit on my car lol)

 

i say just get a lip kit, ull be fine with that.

if ur lookin into doing any racing with your car dont get any body kits or spoilers or anuhthin, they will not make your car faster, in fact, they will make your car slower b/c ur adding weight and it will take a couple tenths off your quarter mile

EDIT: the only thing that could potentially help is a simple front that keeps the air from getting under the car (or a lip kit...), and dont say spoilers help by 'creating downforce and holding your car to the...' blah blah blah, I KNOW! thats why formula 1 cars have 'em, but they dont make enough downforce to really help any unless your going at over 150mph

never saw a complete body kit I liked. go stock with a lip.

 

i'm pretty sure that you'll like just a lip kit for your ride. full body kits are just gettting out of hand these days. i remember when there were like 2 kits out there. the blitz, and black widow and that was it. and they both look ghey. put your $ where it counts, under the hood. if you're a serious tuner, then that's where it belongs anyways. but, it is YOUR car and you can do as you wish, just PLEASE keep it clean!
