Default Before and After

I cleaned my engine in my 96' LX and it looks a bit better im going to do some more today.

I also got the front badge for it at the local auto salvage.

I had to get a new radiator for it yesterday (well from the salvage not new)
I found a 96' Civic DX out there and wasnt sure if the radiator would fit my LX

But one of the mechanics told me it would

Im glad because i picked it up for $50.00
I really needed it because i was having to fill my radiator up with water and Anti-freeze every couple days or my car would run hot, we should be installing it today.

The Duct tape is for the head light, it was busted because my grandpa hit a deer with it, and now moisture is getting in there and making it look brownish, any idea of how i can clean that in there? im getting black headlights and tailights soon so no worries.

Thats after i put the badge on the front. Here is before :

The hood is a little crooked i think because when he hit the deer we had to get another hood, so we got one that was another color, so my dad painted it, but we didnt have enough time to put a clear coat on, so you can tell its a LIL offwhite

But im planning on getting a carbon fiber one anyway:

I'm not a fan of four doors but it should turn out nice. Have fun with it.

I'm interested to see how the black housing headlights are gonna look , cuz i was thinking of doing the same thing.

Yeah, well the left headlight is clean, but the right one is broken, allowing moisture in, and i cant clean that, so thats why im getting black headlights. And tail lights soon after.

This should be fun

You could probably take the clear cover off of the headlight and wet sand it then put it back on then seal it with silicone.

Unless the actual radiator has a leak then your water pump is bad. Check the pump and see if the drip hole has moisture in it, if it does then the seal is bad

You could see hte leak on the radiator, it was bubbling on the top, and the foam thats there was always soaked

I havent driven it since i put it on, so tomorrow ill post how its doing when i go get gas

Love milage on Civics lol $25 to fill it up and lasts a week and a half, sometimes longer! [sm=smiley36.gif][sm=happybounce.gif]
