med grit fine grit extra fine grit sand paper then duplicolor wheel paint ( comes in black ,white,graphite and gun metal) then clear coat i dont know if that helps you but, theres all the stuff you need beside a making tape and stuff

 

I think I believe 100% with civicexracer. just use the search button it will not bite ( alot .) and um yep go have fun and keep us updated.

 

check the diy section there is somethin about paintin wheels in it.
