i wanna get some black rims for my white 2002 civic. igot that black/white look goin on. only problem is, i don't have the cash just yet. would it look real stupid to paint the hubcaps black in meantime? or would it look better with just the steel 14's?

take your time on the paint and clear coat it a bunch, they'll be fine for now.
