Default BMW E36 Rear on 98 Civic Ex

This has probably already been done on some civic but i cant find out how to do it. I want to use a aftermarket BMW E36 rear bumper on my 98 civic ex. I know i will probably have to shave a lil off but i just want to knw how hard this would be to accomplish. Any help would be great.

Also heres what im tring to install. http://www.racerwheel.com/abx-5049.html

Thanks

IMHO, your car is too curvy for a boxy, straight lined rear end. I just dont think it will look right.

thats a sweet rear end, if they only made it to fit the civic with its body......what is it made out of?
