Default Brake Light Mod

I've read this DIY (https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_241169/tm.htm) about changing the stock 2 brake light configuration to 4 brake lights, and I was wondering if anyone has done this on a 6th generation civic. I have a 99 sedan, and I would really like to do this. If someone has some 6th gen pics of this and some simpler, more understandable directions it would be much appriciated...i'm not much of the electrician, lol

Im pretty sure your car has lights int here. Do you want a brighter light when you brake?

The problem you have is your trunk running light is just a 194/168 marker bulb (unlike the outter bulbs which are 7443's), so you could have it come on with the brakes and lose a running light, leave it as it is or do some major mods to install a larger dual filament bulb unit in it's place...

thanks for the replies guys, I guess in the older generations it was much easier, that diy just talks about going a junk yard andsimply finding a brake light socket and installing it, but I guess it's not that easy...o well thanks for the help guys.
