alright i found some on ebay, do they account for both high and low beam? and which Kelvin H4 blub do u like, im leaning for the true blue 10,000 k.

is the 2nd one just the bulbs? and last how difficult is it to install onto a honda 2001 civic ex, lol the conversion kit seems a little complex

 

I ran silverstars in my truck I just sold and thought they were OK. Then I put HID's in and won't go back. But for this car I may just stick with better bulbs for now, like the silverstars because I don't want to spend the money on HID's.

On my 00 EX, what bulb number for headlights, and what for fogs? Are the headlights single or dual bulb?

 

get hids from superhids.com u won't be dissapointed great service and the hids i got came with a refletor that helps reduce the amount of glare....i wouldn't trust ebay never know what you are getting

 

i got the silverstars......cant complain with the quality for the price they are....i think we are rippin them off with how the add to your car..lol
