I'm thinking about buying the OEM fog light kit for my 92 hatchback, but I hate the silver trim. Can they be painted black or to match the body paint? If yes, what color do you think is best on a factory bumper (black or red)? Thanks.

 

im not sure about the 95 but i no if you get factory fog lights for the 2000 civic you can paint the housing to match before you put them in, i wouldent see why you wouldent be able to..just a bit of sanding and painting..and i would paint them the same color as the outside of your car

 

They can be painted, and if I were you, if your car is red, Id paint them black. I think the contrast would be nice, plus its only a smal area of black.
