lol yea i noticed that too. I think it's because it's kinda hard to tell. In that pic of the rear quarter panel, it looks like primer but it's just really crappy looking old paint/bondo. lol

How much is this costing you to get painted? I need to get my Del Sol painted REAL soon. It's annoying because everything looks great on my car IMO, except the paint. LOL.

 

hope it turns out well broseph. i gotta do some bodywork on my car also. some diesel truck ***** ran me off the road and there's a sign imprimt dent on the side of my car.

 

Haha nah I didnt put those arrows on the guy doing the work emailed me the pics and he did that...but its only running me $780 cause I found a guy who does it for fun....two auto body shops quoted me 5k...I paid 2 for my car And the horrible bondo work was the owner before me having a 2 inch deep dent and just slabbing bondo on it so when the guy doing it now took out the bondo it was still wet! Really bad body work, dumb guy before me lol....He is supposed to be laying the paint on tomorrow so Ill try and get more pics up.

 

It seems your man knows what he is doing! It looks like your civic is going to be beautiful when its done

 

LOL! Isn't body filler supposed to be no more than 3/4" thick or something like that?

Haha yeah I really lucked out on this one...plus i got a check from insurance for $1300 for hail damage that was hardly noticable, so Im getting alot of new stuff for my car.
