Default Carbon Fiber Hood

got my oem cfhood yesterday and have a question about drilling to put the weather stripping on the front, otherwise looks like it will fit perfectly
- do I need a special drill bit -? does this stuff splinter?

- ok, got the hood installed but I'm having trouble with adjusting the hood to make all the seams flush, I did install weather stripping(factory/oem), and to answer my own ? drilling the underside of the hood was easy, had a little more difficulty making the wwspray nozzles fit, the clear coated side splinters a little, the hood looks sick but I wanna make those seams flush, any suggestions? sorry ,no access to a camera til this weekend

- the hood actually sits a little too high on the driver's side only, when I loosen all 4 bolts it lays much more flush, tape is a good idea, I could have traced the patternI needed to cut

try taking the spacers out on the driver side or getting flatter ones

i didnt even put the weather stripping on mine. those little rubber pieces that keep the hood from closing too far may be out of line. check them.
