Default CF Hood

there is guy selling a carbon fiber hood for $450 its brand new Siebon hood, for my 95 civic...should i jump on it...ive seen them for like $599 plus a butt load for shiipping and this guy lives right by me so its $450 all together.....SHould I get it?(deal or no deal)

if its brand new, and you know its in absolute mint condition, id get it. i payed $565 for my vis one through ebay and i thought that was an ok deal.

$450 brand new. I would jump on that. But go and check it out for any cracks/defects and what not before you buy.

yeah, no doubt ill check for imperfections.....thanks for the help

Do you need a hood on your car to drive(leagally)? i would take my old **** off and just drive there and bolt it on.

JUMP ON IT........ make sure the corners are fine and make sure theres a
plate under the hood that states that its from Siebon.

do they really go for that much? i bought my ViS CF hood for $400 even. but it was at a local shop i go to (if that makes a difference)

I see rodded out muscle cars in my town pretty often running w/out a hood ('rodded out' is used subjectively, I see as many bucket rods as nice ones). As often as I see it I'd be suprised if it was illegal (in Kansas anyway). I bet it prolly varies by state if its illegal anywhere...
