Cluster removal problem?!?

Default Cluster removal problem?!?

Im trying to pull my cluster out but i cant get the bottom screws off on both sides....any suggestions?

the pic of of just one side but its the bottom one. it just spins...

If the back of the screw is exposed try placing something solid to push the srew out while you back it out cause is sounds like it is stripped
