You could probably do it, but be careful about which type of dye you use, it could very well come off onto your clothes.

lol at electron blue parts on a black civic... you never met enigma, have you lolz.

I feel like blue and/or white would be cool, but it wouldn't match anything else in your interior. My suggestion.... buy a spare set of seat belts from a junked civic and dye those. If they work out, then great! If not, no big deal since you still have the ones that came with your car. I would also suggest maybe looking for a set of tan seat belts as that would be easier to dye than dark grey belts.

My seatbelts are colored but then again they are full race harnesses with harness bar and are functional as I do lots of autocross and drag racing. Dont dye yours it will just look tacky and pathetic and will rub off.

i believe, if indeed u still want to paint/dye your seatbelts, you can buy the spray can paint from autozone for interior plastic and/or fabric..will eventually fade unless of course you scotchguard it and even then im not sure how well that will keep from fading or rubbing off.

If you want to be unique, do it tastefully. And you're not really being that unique by dying your seatbelts. Tons of people ruin their interiors by painting the dash bright colors. By dying your stock seatbelts a bright color, all you are doing is taking that extremely tacky/ricey mod to the next level.
