if u never painted cars before i would say keep it stock if not you will have tons of problems. and if u don't want to pay alot for a nice paint job i would say keep it stock thats my 2 pennies

Gold like mxs said will really stand out.You dont see to many. I would say red on vw look sick, or black. But for somthing that sticks out, go with like a dark silver mattalic with purl.

just have it layed out right.LOL when i painted my impala i had the car all apart and wouldnt ya know it i miss counted coats and needs like 1-2 more coats of blue on a few body panels
o well.... camera realy brings it out.LOL most people would never notice. but its a 10year old paint job as well... so shes not as preaty as she was all fresh and waxed up!



just dont go UGLY BOLD BRIGHT.... i cannt stand those eye soars that will make everyone look.... BUT its to much...

lol skateman. i was def thinkin lime green. i figure tho if i learn how to paint.. and build up a booth... i might paint my car every couple months. ha. i think it'd be worth it to have a brand new lookin ride all the time. but i still need someone to teach me to paint.. hint hint people. lol

edit: maybe i'll just try to get a part time job at a paint shop n they can show me the ropes... then i'll just quit and use mypower to go to the dark side.. muahahaha. i hear they have cookies. lol

lol. i was searching paints on google... and i came across a plethera of komeleon paints.. and at only $560 a qt... lol. how could i go wrong. jesus. ive always thought that that stuff was really really cool tho.
