i wanted to tape off and paint my headlights black on the inner houseing. ive attempted this process with not much luck. i was wondering what the trick is to getting through the silicon/caulk between the lence and the housing? thanks?

 

bake it in the oven

 

preheat your oven at high temperature, and then stick the headlights in there for like 5 min. then take them out and pry them open with a screwdriver or something.
its pretty easy.

 

Of if you have a girlfriend or a hair dryer, use the hair dryer to heat it up for awhile. Put the hair dryer in the headlight hole and the hot exhaust air will be forced out the turn signal hole.

I had a hair dryer since I have luxurious and sexy hair. That method worked well for me.
